Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Beijing Hanchangjin Science And Trade Co., Ltd ("Hanchangjin", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, mobile applications, and games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Business Cooperation Framework
Hanchangjin provides professional mobile technology services through three primary models:
- Project Operation: We provide full-lifecycle operation services for third-party mobile projects, including user acquisition and monetization management. Specific terms are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Project R&D: We undertake custom research and development for mobile applications and games. All development phases are subject to rigorous quality control and milestone-based delivery.
- Self-Developed Projects: We operate a portfolio of in-house applications. Users of these apps are subject to specific end-user license agreements (EULA).
For any B2B cooperation, a formal written contract signed by both parties shall take precedence over these general terms.
3. User Conduct and Intellectual Property
Users must not use our services for any unlawful purpose. All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, design, and content, remain the exclusive property of Hanchangjin or our licensors.
4. Monetization and Subscriptions
Our services may include in-app purchases, subscriptions, and advertisements. Payments are handled via third-party platforms (Apple App Store/Google Play). Hanchangjin does not store credit card information. Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective platform terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hanchangjin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Legal Disputes and Jurisdiction
6.1 Governing Law: These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
6.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be settled by the parties through friendly negotiation. If no settlement can be reached through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) for arbitration in Beijing in accordance with its rules of arbitration then in force.
6.3 Severability: If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via our website or within our applications. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
